Im Regiedebut von Johnny Depp „The Brave“ lebt ein Indianer mit seiner Familie unter ärmsten Verhältnissen auf einem Schrottplatz. Um seiner Familie eine Chance zu bieten, lässt er sich für einen Snuff-Film foltern und töten. Dafür bekommt seine Familie $ 50.000,–. Wie lange wird dieses Geld wohl für eine alleinerziehende Mutter mit zwei Kindern reichen?
Im Buch „Der doppelte Monet“ von Ellen Barksdale wurde die Hauptprotagonistin Nathalie wegen ihres langen Halses in der Kindheit als Giraffe bezeichnet. Als dann auch ihre Brüste wuchsen, interessierten sich ihre Klassenkameraden plötzlich für sie, doch natürlich ließ sie nun keinen mehr ran.
Auch der aktuelle Freund von Nathalie hat ihr als erstes ins Dekolleté gekuckt, doch dafür konnte er nichts, denn ausgerechnet an diesem Abend waren bei ihrer Bluse zwei Knöpfe geplatzt und ihre Brüste quollen heraus.
Daraufhin hat ihr Typ einfach sein Hemd aufgerissen, ihr seine muskulöse, frisch rasierte Brust gezeigt und gemeint: „Jetzt sind wir quitt.“ Und während ich noch fremdschämend das Buch in den Müll werfe, frage ich mich: „Liebe Frauen, ist das tatsächlich eure Vorstellung von Romantik?“
In James Bond Jagd Dr. No weiß der MI6 nicht, ob Dr. No tatsächlich böse ist. Doch dann schickt Dr. No einen Killertrupp zur Kontaktperson des MI6 auf Jamaica und ruft damit 007 auf den Plan, der ihn letztendlich stopp. Hätte Dr. No einfach die Füße stillgehalten, wäre nichts passiert.
